His mission was to get enough hits to get his chop song, Barbie Girl, to the top of Nova’s Australia Day countdown. What better way to make Lamb #1 on Australia Day? There were over 1,000,000 hits for Sam's videos. It was the 3rd most watched Australian viral for 2012. Even in the campaign's 8th year, there was a lamb sales uplift of 31.7%, the highest ever recorded, and a 10% increase on last year's record.
